These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the eHorizon Solutions website and UAE Business Setup Cost Calculator at ehorizonsolutions.net ("the Service"). By using our Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Service Description

eHorizon Solutions provides:

  • Free cost calculator — an online tool that generates estimated costs for setting up a business in the UAE, including license fees, visa costs, office space, and government fees
  • PDF cost reports — downloadable reports summarizing your estimated business setup costs, delivered to your email address
  • Optional consultant matching — if you choose to opt in, we connect you with up to 3 licensed UAE business setup consultants who may send you proposals by email

The calculator and cost reports are provided free of charge. We generate revenue through our consultant matching service.

2. What We Are (and Are Not)

It's important to understand our role:

  • We are an independent lead generation platform based in Dubai
  • We are not a business setup provider, consultancy, law firm, or government entity
  • We do not provide legal, financial, or tax advice
  • We do not process business licenses, visas, or any government applications
  • Consultants listed on or matched through our platform are independent third parties — not our employees, agents, or partners

3. Cost Estimates — No Guarantees

Our cost estimates are based on publicly available data from UAE government authorities and free zone operators. However:

  • Estimates are approximate and indicative only
  • Actual costs may vary based on your specific business activity, requirements, and timing
  • Government fees, free zone costs, and regulations change frequently
  • Our estimates do not constitute a quote, offer, or binding price
  • Always confirm final costs directly with your chosen consultant or the relevant authority

4. Your Obligations

When using our Service, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and truthful information in the calculator and any forms
  • Use the Service for legitimate business inquiry purposes only
  • Not submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information
  • Not attempt to interfere with, disrupt, or compromise the Service's security or functionality
  • Not use automated systems (bots, scrapers) to access the Service without our permission
  • Not reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit our content without written consent

5. Consultant Matching

If you opt in to consultant matching:

  • We will share your business requirements and email address with up to 3 licensed business setup consultants
  • Consultants may contact you by email with a tailored proposal
  • You are under no obligation to respond to or engage with any consultant
  • No phone calls will be made unless you specifically request them
  • Any agreement you enter into with a consultant is strictly between you and that consultant
  • We are not a party to, and bear no responsibility for, any consultant-client relationship

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

  • The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied
  • We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any cost estimates or information
  • We are not liable for any actions, omissions, fees, or quality of service of any consultant matched through our platform
  • We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service
  • Our total liability for any claim related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us (which, for the free calculator, is zero)

7. Intellectual Property

All content on our website — including text, design, graphics, logos, calculator logic, and code — is owned by eHorizon Solutions or our licensors and protected by intellectual property laws.

You may:

  • Use the calculator for personal or business planning purposes
  • Download and keep your PDF cost reports
  • Share your cost reports with advisors or partners

You may not:

  • Copy, reproduce, or redistribute our website content
  • Use our branding, logos, or trade names without permission
  • Create derivative works based on our calculator or content

8. Termination

We reserve the right to:

  • Refuse or terminate service to any user at our discretion
  • Remove or modify any content or features without notice
  • Block access from users who violate these Terms

You may stop using the Service at any time. To request deletion of your data, contact us at privacy@ehorizonsolutions.net.

9. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates, specifically the Emirate of Dubai.

Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be:

  • First, attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation
  • If unresolved within 30 days, referred to binding arbitration in Dubai under the rules of the Dubai International Arbitration Centre (DIAC)
  • Conducted in English

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
