  • Consultant matching (optional) — if you opt in, share your business requirements with up to 3 licensed UAE business setup consultants so they can send you a tailored proposal by email
  • Improve our service — understand how visitors use our calculator to make it more accurate and useful
  • Measure advertising effectiveness — track whether our ads help people find our free tool

We do not use your information for unsolicited phone calls. All communication is by email unless you specifically request otherwise (e.g., via WhatsApp).

3. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your personal data. We share information only in these limited circumstances:

  • Licensed consultants — only if you opt in to consultant matching. We share your business requirements (activity type, jurisdiction, visa count, office needs) and email address with up to 3 vetted, licensed business setup consultants. They may contact you by email with a proposal. You control whether to respond.
  • Service providers — we use third-party services to operate our platform:
    • Google Analytics (analytics)
    • Google Ads (advertising measurement)
    • SendGrid (email delivery)
    • Netlify (website hosting)
  • Legal requirements — if required by UAE law or valid legal process

4. Cookies and Tracking

  • Google Analytics 4 cookies — to understand site usage and improve our calculator. These cookies collect anonymized usage data.
